Awards and personal projects

Pursuing personal photographic projects has led Mackintosh Photography’s principal photographer, Justin Mackintosh, to exhibitions, competitions and awards.

Among other awards submissions, Justin is a four-time finalist in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Shoot the Chef competition. Both times, the chefs he shot were fellow members of the Rozelle/Balmain business community — Adriano Zumbo, Albert and Anthony from Bertonie and Ian “Herbie” Hemphill.
